Terms and returns

The short version: everything is printed for you. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, we put it right for free. If you change your mind, you can send it back within 14 days at your own cost.

Ordering

Your order is accepted once your payment goes through and you see the confirmation page. Stripe also emails you a receipt.

Pre-orders: while pre-orders are open, you pay now and your order is posted from 23 October 2026, when the album is out. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is posted and we will refund you in full. Just email us.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds and include delivery to a UK address.

Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Printing and delivery

Everything is printed for you when you order it, then posted to you. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 working days. Pre-orders are posted from 23 October 2026.

If you order more than one thing, they can arrive in separate parcels on different days.

We only post to the UK for now.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the date we said it would be posted, email us and we will reprint it or refund you.

Something wrong with your order

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order details and a photo. We will print you a new one and post it free, or refund you if you would rather. You do not need to send the old one back.

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Changing your mind

Everything is printed specially for your order, so please choose carefully. We cannot swap sizes or designs once an order has been printed.

The law still gives you 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind. To do that, email us within those 14 days saying you want to cancel. Then post the item back to us within 14 days of telling us.

You pay for the return postage, and it is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we suggest a tracked service. Prints need sending in a tube or flat and stiffened so they are not creased.

Items must come back unused and in the condition they arrived. We will refund you within 14 days of getting them back. If an item has been handled more than you would in a shop, for example a print that has been framed, pinned up or creased, we can take the drop in its value off your refund.

You cannot cancel a pre-order after it has been posted, other than as above once it has arrived.

Colours and the artwork

Screens show colours differently, so a print can look a little different in your hands than on your phone. The crayon texture, the rough edges and the hand-drawn lines are part of the artwork, not faults.

Copyright

The artwork, lyrics and words on these products are © 2026 Converted Records. Bible passages are from the World English Bible, which is in the public domain.

What you buy is for you to keep, give and enjoy. Please do not copy, scan or reprint it to sell.

Your details

When you order, we get your name, email address and delivery address. We use them only to print, post and support your order.

We share them only with Stripe, who take the payment, and with the company that prints and posts your order. We do not send you marketing unless you have asked us to, and we never sell your details.

We keep order records for six years because the tax rules require it. Email us if you want to see what we hold about you or want it deleted where the law allows.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also use the courts where you live.
